Our Family Pastor opening is a leadership position. We want a person that is comfortable with leading staff/volunteers and working with children, youth, and their parents. It is important that the person whom we hire isn’t someone who just wants to teach on a regular basis (although you may be asked to teach from time to time), but rather someone who can see the big picture and lead these ministries to be as effective and cutting edge as possible.
At this time our elementary service (the city) is setup like a normal production (light board, sound rig, and a projector). Our children ministry has between 150-200 children.
Our student (youth) service happens once a month, is a slightly larger production with a live band and a youth speaker (currently around 90 students attend). We encourage our students to get into a small group and volunteer.
